    2001年12月18日，四川力诚百货公司与香港华镫零售商管集团合作，开设了西南地区最高档的精品百货——lcx力诚百货，这就是成都美美百货的前身。

    2003年9月18日，四川力诚百货公司再次与香港华镫零售商管集团联手，将lcx力诚百货正式更名为“美美力诚百货”。成都美美力诚百货所用之“美美”字样由上海美美百货授权使用，是国内第一个被授权使用“ 美美”字号及标志的高档百货。这次更名将原力诚“精品百货”的定位进行更进一步的提高和升华，是对以成都为中心的整个西部地区高端百货市场的开拓。
